How Credits Work

Each service is assigned a complexity tier based on what's required to provision it. Credits are only charged on success — failed provisioning requests are fully refunded.

Simple10 credits

Email + password only, no phone or card required

e.g. GitHub, Vercel, Netlify
Medium25 credits

Phone verification or payment card required

e.g. Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid
Complex50 credits

Identity verification, KYC, or manual review required

e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Azure

Common Questions

What happens if provisioning fails?

Credits are fully refunded for failed provisioning requests. You only pay for successful account creation.

How are credentials stored?

All credentials are encrypted with AES-256 before storage. They are only accessible via your API key and are never logged or stored in plaintext.

What's the HITL (human-in-the-loop) fallback?

For services requiring identity verification or KYC (like AWS), our vetted worker team handles the human-gated step. The automation handles everything else.

Can I use credits across multiple agents?

Yes. Credits are attached to your account, not individual API keys. You can create multiple API keys for different agents that all draw from the same credit pool.

Do unused credits roll over?

Credits from subscription plans are refreshed monthly and do not roll over. One-time credit purchases never expire.
